Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI+ Local, LLC, the company that operates AI+ Local (“AI+ Local, LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the AI+ Local website and services (the “Service”). It also describes the choices and rights you have. We collect the minimum needed to operate the Service, we do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising or use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you join a waitlist, sign in, hold an account, subscribe to a Pro Report, or contact us, you provide information such as your email address, the business or businesses you ask us to track, and the contents of your correspondence. If you purchase a subscription, your payment is handled by Polar Software, our merchant of record, which collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard log data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, referring pages, and the date and time of your requests. We use a strictly necessary cookie or similar local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We also use a privacy-focused product analytics service to understand how the Service is used, for example which pages are viewed; this service sets cookies or similar identifiers and may record usage events and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other companies' websites for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

4. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Where We Store and Process Information

We operate the Service from the United States and store and process personal information on servers located in the United States. The company that operates the Service, AI+ Local, LLC, is registered in the State of Florida, and our personnel and certain service providers may access personal information from outside the United States to operate and support the Service.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on the U.S. state where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@aipluslocal.com. You may unsubscribe from reports and other non-essential email at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us, and you may ask us to delete your account at any time. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Residents of other U.S. states that have comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights, which you may exercise by contacting us at the address above.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by adults in a business context and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Sites and AI Outputs

The Service links to and relies on third-party websites and AI assistants. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them. Please review their policies before providing them with your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
